IPAddressSentinel is a menu bar app which displays and copies your current machines IP addresses and name. (Only the "first" IP address found to save space.)Since the app registers itself to receive notifications of changes in machine IP address, it is always current, and you can use it to know when you Mac is connected to the internet by just looking at your menu bar. What's New in This Release: o The mail messenger now reports when connections to the mail server were unexpectedly terminated, timed out or otherwise failed to send a message.o A problem with the timing of external IP address cache refreshing has been fixed: the cache refresh was not always occurring with the implication that changes were not being reported in email notifications. (The external IP address is cached because it is looked up at "whatismyip.com" and their policy requires that access to their service is limited to not more than every 5 minutes.)
