In first step you need to select the PDF file and specify which pages to be index this file. You can index all pages or specify the pages range to index / skip index. Next step allows you to set index generation option. You can index all words in PDF or index specific words in the PDF. When you click “generate Index”, it shows how many words are index and time taken to perform this activity. In the third step you can see Index result and report. In result you can view Word, count (how many time this word is appearing) and pages (on which page this word is appearing). You can perform operation as Add/Edit in the index result.
