It often becomes a very difficult task to find a certain document file. Not only you have to remember the name of the file but also where you placed it. This tool, Pigeonhole organizer, strives to make it easy and provides you a framework like the pigeonhole organizer of olden days. Pigeonhole shows you a grid of pigeonholes similar to a spread sheet. When you start typing a document, you start by clicking on one of these grids/pigeon holes. The data is saved automatically.

When trying to retrieve stuff, you simply move the mouse over these grids. Whenever you are over a grid the content is displayed on a window. You are then certain you have found the material you were looking for. There are 175 pigeonholes displayed at any one time on the grid. You are able to view up to 175 different pieces of information this way. Further organization is possible through the easy and intuitive interface. You can have a top level name followed by the titles of documents you have stored in pigeon hole below that title. You then organize to have such top level items horizontally or vertically as it suits you. You can color these top level names to make it easy to find the class title quickly visually. This is a very good product. This is a good option when you have a need for a tool like this.
